Great place for kids with pool and games room. Ski hire guy was a big help with everything. Our room was very quiet and well equipped. Great value for somewhere so close (easy walking distance) to the village.

Location is great with 3 minute walk to ski lifts. The rooms are dated but functional. Beds not great if you're fussy. The noise from the bar below is clearly audible and goes till late hours of the night which is frustrating if you are trying to sleep. Breakfast is adequate.

I believe the motives of the employee were racially fueled.

We were told to f* off and threatened to have the police called. We happily obliged and sat and waited until he continued to throw verbal abuse when we asked to speak to a manager.

Helpful ski gear hire service and a nice spa to ease the muscles after a day of novice skiing.

We went and politely reported the incident to reception where we were assured that the incident would be followed up. We never even received a phone call.

I stayed at the alpine result over the weekend and my overall experience ended in horror when I was confronted with one of their aggressive employees on Saturday the 23rd of September at approximately 5.20pm.

The customer service along with the dispute resolution procedures is by far the worst I have ever encountered in my life. We were staying at the accommodation with a family and their 8 year old daughter. I would certainly feel unsafe to have any child exposed to this environment.

This has to be the worst place on the entire mountain. The walls of our room were WET, with mould growing in the corners. The decor is from the 1970s and smelled like it too. There was no running water when we arrived, and the much-vaunted pool remained closed for our entire stay. And your free breakfast? Cereal and toast. Just AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The alpine employee who refused to provide his name, refused to serve my friend and anyone else affiliated with her.
