  Stay here if you can sleep through anything, or even better, don't sleep at all. We were on the first floor and could barely sleep. Walls are paper thin and people were banging down the hallway all night. Unhappy.

  The heater in our room stopped working on the second day and within 5 minutes of informing staff there was a new even better heater in our room, also the whole building is very warm.

  Sugarbush is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the village and lifts. It has a cosy and warm atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and facilities are pretty good for skiiers and snowboarders. There are heaps of bathrooms too, which are very clean. Just one little criticism, was that the rooms were way too warm during the night and it made it difficult to sleep after a day of exercise. But all in all an awesome place!

  5 stars for effort, staff are friendly and just leave you to it .... not nosy or anything but also when needed it seemed easy to find them.

  Basic accommodation but good price. Shared facilities - toilets showers kitchen lounge. Lounge has pool table. Plenty of TVs. Storage for ski gear. Hot chocolate happy hour.

  Recently purchased and stayed with a groupon. While the staff at the accom were lovely and very helpful unfortunately the same cannot be said for those behind the running of the lodges. Had the worst experience when we went to redeem the second part of our voucherw which was equiptment hire for a dawy for our family. My children 7, 5 and 5 had to witness an incredible pissed off owner who kept remarking all these stupid groupon purchases were putting him out of business. That he was losing thousands thanks to us and the company (alpine and sugarbush lodge) he leased the space for his business. We were so uncomfortable and made to feel horrid. We took the gear back and stored it till he reopened and returned it. The worst end to a first trip away to the snow. Emailed sugarbush and groupon with no reply from sugarbush, only groupon who said sugarbush have said it is at the discretion of the buyer to choose to hire. Well... we did chiose to hire. We didnt choose to be made to feel awful. Perhaps before releasing groupons ensure all parties are happy with their involvement.

  They provide breakfast of toast with about 6 different toppings options and tea, coffee, milo and drinking chocolate also cereal, fruit and yogurt. At night they provide hot chocolate. And one night chocolate chip cookies. I would advise staying here as an option and it's also around half the price of most other places.oh and also there are privat bathrooms.
